Colleen Sen Talks Indian Food, Farmer Payouts, Curry Lentils

You would have your starch, you would have a curry a stew, you would have some vegetables. You would have something sour, you may have yogurt. You would have pickles.

All of that on a dinner table in a traditional Indian household. Author Colleen Taylor Sen is with us today to talk about her new book about Indian food.
