Herman B Wells IU — Herman B Wells, who served as IU president from 1938 to 1962, then as chancellor until his death in 2000.

A rebroadcast of the March 24, 2000 installment of Noon Edition in the wake of the passing of IU President and Chancellor Herman B Wells at age 97. Bob Zaltsberg is joined by guests including historian James Capshew and longtime University of Notre Dame President Theodore Hesburgh.
