Paid Student Internships

A variety of paid internships for IU students are available each fall and spring semester! Internship work is based in the IU Radio/TV building on campus, within a range of broadcast production areas. Learn more about paid student internships. 

Volunteering

Volunteers provide a valuable contribution to our on-going mission and daily operations. The following positions require dedication and a reliable time commitment. Some computer ability is preferable. The station will train all positions. Volunteers are chosen based on experience, interviews are required; qualifications and schedule vary depending on department and role. 

NOTE: Very little volunteer and intern work at WFIU involves announcing (DJing). If you are interested in having your own radio show, contact WFHB Community Radio or WIUX Student Radio.
