You know him as the mild-mannered, bespeckled gentleman behind the counter at the Caveat Emptor bookstore on the square in Bloomington. But there's much more to Janis Starcs. He has been a longtime resident of Bloomington and regularly contributes to the artistic and political fabric of our community. He joins host Bob Willard for an hour of talk and music.
