53-year-old Troy Allen Koen is charged with three felony offenses, including assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers, as well as four misdemeanors.

Prosecutors say the couple participated in a collective assault against police officers on Capitol grounds.

The children were reported in the creek near Brownsburg after noon on Saturday. The boy was pulled from the moving water about 12:30 p.m., the Hendricks County sheriff’s office said.
