Clark County jail lawsuits

The plaintiffs are women who say they were assaulted and threatened after former jail officer David Lowe allegedly sold keys allowing men incarcerated there to access the women’s areas.

Twenty-eight women say they were assaulted, harassed or raped at the Clark County Jail last October by incarcerated men who bought jail keys from an officer.
