Gov. Eric Holcomb appointed her to the position Tuesday, replacing Tera Klutz, who will leave office this week.

Klutz announced in September that she would resign from the statewide office less than a year into her new, four-year term.

Indiana State Comptroller Tera Klutz announced Thursday she will step down from her statewide elected office at the end of November, with about three years left in her final term in office.
