DORA

The Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, or DORA, allows customers of age to buy alcoholic beverages from approved vendors and carry them outside within boundaries.

Indiana legislation from 2023 allows patrons aged 21 and up to purchase alcoholic beverages and carry them outside to other events or participating retailers.
