Doctoral student Bryce Greene and Germanic Studies professor Ben Robinson are accused of violating IU’s new Expressive Activity Policy, which, in part, prohibits protests between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

The Board and General Counsel requested comments in late June and expect to receive them by July 15, just two weeks before the university plans to implement the policy.
