Indianapolis Star employees were supposed to have a new contract almost three years ago. Som IndyStar staffers say they have made many sacrifices to help Gannett’s bottom line.

The Star’s union alleges Gannett has delayed or shown up “unprepared” to negotiating sessions and “belittled” proposals related to workplace safety and diversity.
