One man is dead and another is severely injured following a dispute Saturday near Bedford.

Indiana State Police have released the findings of an investigation into the death of a Bloomington man held in the Greene County Jail.

The family of a man who died while an inmate in the Greene County jail said his death was preventable and requested that measures be taken by the jail to keep this from happening again.
