The National Weather Service released new information based on field visits to areas that sustained damage in the storm, including the area in Greene County where a woman died Friday evening.

The center promotes healing through interaction with a number of horses on site. It offers a variety of services for people with disabilities, veterans, senior citizens and at-risk youth.

Because so many race horses are retired each year, buyers can be picky, and don’t typically buy horses off the track that could incur extra costs. That’s where the nonprofit Friends of Ferdinand comes in.
