After more than a decade of campaigning and a year of construction and delays, Evansville's Sunset Skatepark, named the largest skatepark in Indiana, is open to the public.

Phase II, the main construction phase of the Sunset Skatepark is now underway; after about a three-month delay due to being overbooked, Bloomington-based Hunger Skateparks are on site.
