A Seymour man was arrested on two counts of attempted murder following a shooting inside the Jackson County Public Library Wednesday afternoon.

Judge Tanya Walton Pratt said 68-year-old Richard England’s poem amounted to political hyperbole and that the decision to ban him without due process was a violation of his First and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
