The prosecutor in the case of an Indiana man charged in the killings of two teenage girls has asked a judge to allow new two new counts each of kidnapping and murder while kidnapping.

A judge has ordered a man charged with killing two teenage girls in Indiana transferred to a different state correctional facility after the suspect’s attorneys argued that his physical and mental health is deteriorating after months in isolation.

The Indiana Supreme Court is in the process of appointing Allen County Superior Court Judge Fran Gull as special judge in the case.
