Southern Indiana officials announced four people have been arrested in connection with a shooting last month at Harvest Homecoming in New Albany.

Democrat Wendy Dant Chesser has been elected to the Indiana House District 71 seat, less than a year after being caucused into the spot.

National Weather Service Louisville reported one tornado touched down at the Indiana University Southeast campus on Grant Line Road in New Albany before crossing to the nearby Carriage House apartments.
