Jurors said they couldn't reach a verdict on the obstruction charge for Michael Greene of Indianapolis.

Alex Friedfeld, Investigative Researcher with the ADL Center on Extremism, published the report about one year after the initial leak, which contained more than 38,000 names.

Greene, also known as Michael Simmons, was named in a superseding indictment returned Wednesday that also includes seven previously charged defendants from Ohio, Florida and North Carolina.
