Several residents in the area said a sidewalk or multiuse path is necessary along South Rogers Street.

The largest investment is $120,000 for construction of a North Adams Street sidewalk from Kirkwood Avenue to Fountain Drive.

Instead of using only a request-based system to log improvement projects, the report suggests the city should prioritize all projects based on 10 different data lenses.

Currently, the city prioritizes updates to the sidewalk network based on individual requests.
