So Cold The River

The Buskirk-Chumley Theater hosted the final public screening of the book-adapted movie, “So Cold the River” last Friday featuring the launch of Cardinal Spirits’ “So Cold the Vodka”.

So Cold the Vodka will launch this Friday in liquor stores across Bloomington, in a joint effort between local brewery Cardinal Spirits, the West Baden Springs Hotel, and the motion picture “So Cold the River.”

Rarely can a novel be born, adapted and filmed, and premiered all in one place, especially one set in Indiana. But for Bloomington native and author Michael Koryta, there was no other option for his novel, “So Cold the River.”
