Gov. Eric Holcomb and former governors Mike Pence, Mitch Daniels and Evan Bayh will keynote the 2024 Harvest Dinner at this year’s Indiana State Fair.

The Indiana State Fair's theme this year is "The Art and Nature of Fun".

The fair generates millions of dollars for the state fair commission and other state agencies.

The fair announced Thursday that attendance for the 18-day event reached 840,414. That's an increase of less than 1% over the 837,568 visitors in 2022.

Current presidential candidate and former Vice President Mike Pence laid out his plan to end inflation at the Indiana State Fair on Wednesday.

The fair this year will also be against a backdrop of potentially sweltering heat – which organizers said they’ve prepared for.
