The Bloomington Police Department is investigating after someone discovered another swastika painted on a railway underpass Monday afternoon.
The vandalism at 14th and College Ave. comes just days after people reported four other similar messages painted throughout the city on Friday. Police say it's unclear if the acts are related.
Bloomington Mayor John Hamilton says in a statement the messages don't reflect the community's values.
"Every person is welcome here," Hamilton said in the statement. "Messages of hate are not."
