An Indianapolis compounding pharmacy is announcing a voluntary multi-state recall.
The recall covers all sterile drug products compounded by Nora Apothecary on or before Friday, April 19.
The pharmacy has not gotten any reports of illnesses or injuries associated with the products. However, it states the recall is due to possible concerns about the sterility of products following an FDA inspection.
The recall includes 95 dosage units or products the pharmacy supplied to 12 licensed medical professionals across the state in addition to 400 various prescriptions filled for patients in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Florida and Tennessee.
