The Indiana Department of Health reported 888 COVID-19 cases and 35 additional confirmed deaths Sunday.
The latest data brought Indiana's total case number to 655,541 and the total death toll to 11,947.
The department said it had administered 7,754,038 tests across the state. That number includes tests run by the state, the Centers For Disease Control And Prevention, and some private laboratories. The number of tests that have returned positive over the past week is 4.2%.
The IDOH says the "number of tests is provisional and reflects only those reported to IDOH. Numbers should not be characterized as a comprehensive total."

As of Sunday, 870 patients were hospitalized with the virus.
Sunday's numbers showed that 7.4% of the state's 2,173 existing ICE beds were being used by patients with COVID-19-related illnesses, while 36.5% were still available.
And as of noon Sunday, 2.8% of the state's 2,809 total ventilators were being used by COVID-19 patients, while 81.4% are still available.
The department's Monroe County numbers were not immediately available.
