The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) updated its dashboard Friday to differentiate between distribution progress of the two-shot Moderna and Pfizer vaccines and the single-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

The new numbers show that 792,217 Hoosiers are now fully vaccinated against COVID-19; 22,953 (about 2.9%) of those people received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which the state began administering earlier this month.
In Monroe County, 15,832 people have been fully vaccinated. Three hundred and sixty-one of those people received the Johnson & Johnson shot.
IDOH reported 973 new COVID-19 cases and 28 additional confirmed deaths Friday, bringing the state's case total to 671,023 and the confirmed death toll to 12,409.
The state's seven-day all-test positivity rate remains at 3.1%.
In Monroe County, IDOH reported 18 new cases and one additional death. The county has now seen 10,505 total cases and 166 confirmed deaths.
COVID-19 hospitalizations in Indiana and in Monroe County continue to trend down, despite a slight increase in the number of people currently hospitalized across the state.
