The new complex called "District at Latimer Square" will have 340 apartments for both multi-family residences and student housing.  Indianapolis-based Trinitas Ventures is heading the project, which also includes 300 new trees, a mile of sidewalks and 1.5 acres of park space.

The site plan includes 535 parking spaces, including a parking garage with 378 spaces.

The project’s projected completion date is July 2023.
