Pullitzer Prize winning journalist Carl Bernstein reflects on the state of American democracy under Donald Trump’s second presidency with WFIU/WTIU's Ethan Sandweiss.

Bernstein joined IU this year as a journalist-in-residence and will come to the university for several public discussions. He visited Bloomington in June for IU’s Granfalloon festival and will return in November.

Bernstein, best known for his work covering the Watergate scandal, will have four visits to IU Bloomington as Indiana University's 2024-25 Poynter Chair.

Granfalloon will kick off its arts and culture lineup next month. The fifth season of the festival runs from May 20 to June 9.
