More than seven years after two teen girls were found dead in Delphi, the man accused of their murders will stand trial.

The trial for an Indiana man charged in the killings of two teenage girls slain in 2017 during a hiking trip has been moved from January to next October.

Allen’s lawyers said his “incriminating” statements were the result of this stressful environment.

The Indiana Supreme Court is in the process of appointing Allen County Superior Court Judge Fran Gull as special judge in the case.
