The City of Bloomington and Downtown Bloomington, Inc. are bringing a new interactive public art installation to the Fourth Street Parking Garage.

It’s been a long time coming, but Bloomington now has public restrooms downtown that will be open 24/7.

Although parking services are operational, additional amenities included in the garage’s design, like public restrooms, are not finished.

The monthly cost for a 24/7 access pass to the garage is $104. The hourly cost is 50 cents.
