U.S. officials say five prisoners sustained injuries requiring outside medical attention Monday at a federal prison in Terre Haute. A spokesperson for the U.S. Bureau of Prisons said that “multiple inmates were observed fighting.”

The Integrated Reentry and Correctional Support program provides individuals with recovery resources during and after incarceration.
