President Trump signed an executive order instructing justice officials to review the conditions of prisoners receiving clemency to ensure they reflect the "monstrous" crimes they committed.

U.S. officials say five prisoners sustained injuries requiring outside medical attention Monday at a federal prison in Terre Haute. A spokesperson for the U.S. Bureau of Prisons said that “multiple inmates were observed fighting.”
