The building of 4,059 square feet of office space in Bloomington’s Trades District Parking Garage will start in late September.

The Energy Sciences Network, a high-speed computer network serving the U.S. Department of Energy, is getting an office in Bloomington’s Trades District.

The Bloomington Redevelopment Commission (RDC) is moving forward with a $1.2 million offer for land in the Trades District planned for a hotel.

The extension is worth $250,000, which increases the total value of the contract to $367,342 since it was first approved in December 2020.
