An Indiana man faces felony charges after FBI agents arrested him Wednesday for his alleged role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S Capitol.

A Crown Point man who took part in the Capitol riots on Jan 6, 2021, has pleaded guilty to striking an officer with a flagpole.

Matthew Huttle was sentenced Tuesday to six months in federal prison for trespassing during the events of the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riots.

Matthew Huttle trespassed in the Capitol building for 16 minutes, according to court documents.
