The iconic Player's Pub building is up for sale.
The music venue closed at the end of last year following a dispute between the landlord and business owners.
An emergency hearing was held in December after the landlord, Mary Hill, had demanded action be taken against Player's Pub owner Joe Estivill. Estivill said they had fallen behind on property taxes.
In January of this year, Monroe County Circuit Judge Frances Hill granted immediate possession of the premises to the landlord.
Estivill confirmed Tuesday that the building is for sale.
