When To Trick-Or-Treat In Your Community

Headed out on Halloween to trick-or-treat with your family? Check your community's hours before you make your plans.

All times Eastern Daylight Time on Tuesday, October 31.

Bloomington: 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Martinsville: 6 to 8 p.m.

Columbus: 5 to 7:30 p.m.

Bedford: 6 to 9 p.m.

Nashville: 6 to 9 p.m.

Spencer: 6 to 8 p.m.

Linton: 6 to 9 p.m.

Terre Haute: 6 to 9 p.m.

Kokomo: 6 to 8 p.m.

Linton will hold additional trick-or-treat hours on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 6 to 9 p.m. in tandem with their annual Spookfest, held along the city's Main Street. A costume contest, parade, and tenderloin dinner are included in the proceedings. Cost of attendance is $8 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.

Nashville will supplement their trick-or-treating on October 31 with a free "Trick or Treat on the Trail" event. Held along the city's Salt Creek Trail, families can walk along and collect candy from volunteers at several different stations. The event will last from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. and begins at the YMCA trailhead. Brown County Parks & Recreation is currently accepting additional volunteers and candy donations.
