Indiana’s two ski resorts, Paoli Peaks and Perfect North, have officially closed for the season.
A tweet from Perfect North in Lawrenceburg says the resort will not be reopening. It closed down earlier this this week due to rain and warmer temperatures.

Paoli Peaks also says in a tweet it is closing after a late start to the season from less-than-ideal snowmaking conditions this winter
We had hoped to open this weekend but due to the warm temperatures and the rain this past week unfortunately that is not going to happen and Paoli Peaks is closed for the winter season. As we say goodbye to the 2019/2020 season, we want to send a huge thank you to everyone! pic.twitter.com/dTliVBlJU9 — Paoli Peaks (@paoli_peaks) March 6, 2020
The resort announced Jan. 18 via Facebook that they still hadn’t opened and were working on the snowmaking process.
Perfect North has been open at a steady rate since Thanksgiving.
