A Not So Restful Night's Sleep: COVID-19 Stress Dreams

It's no secret that stress can make its way into your dreams and affect your quality of sleep. According to sleep experts, dreams may help us process emotions and experiences that we don't have the time to during the day.

According to a YouGov survey, 9 percent of people ages 18-34 reported having a pandemic-related dream. Among people 35-54 years old, 8 percent of the poulation said they'd had a dream about the pandemic. Only 5 percent of people 55 years or older in the survey claimed to dream of the pandemic.

Tell us how COVID-19 has affected your dreams below. Have they been more vivid? What do you remember?
