Good morning! Here are the stories we'll be following today:
Early voting begins throughout Indiana today. Voter registration ended last night, and starting today voters can cast their votes at county clerk's offices until May 2. Last year, Monroe County saw very low turnout for in-person absentee voting. Follow Becca Costello ( @Becca_Costello) for updates.
Changes in weather could be detrimental to grape crops in Indiana. Shifts from cold to warm temperatures — and then back to cold temperatures — can be harmful to the crops. Lindsey Wright will check in with Oliver Winery to discuss their crop this year. Follow Lindsey ( @LindseyWright_) for more information from the Oliver Winery vineyard.
Students in the high-ability program will be building miniature roller coasters to learn more about STEM and engineering at Parkview Primary School in Bedford tonight. They'll work in teams to learn more about how to work well together. Follow Barbara Brosher ( @BabsOfBtown) for updates from the event.
