Good morning! Here are a few stories we're following today:

  • Today marks the first day of the final week of the 2016 legislative session. Issues up for discussion today include road funding and HIP 2.0. Follow Statehouse reporter Brandon Smith ( @BrandonJSmith5) for updates throughout the week.

    • An appeals court Friday affirmed a federal judge's ruling dismissing certain challenges to construction of I-69 . The Citizens for Appropriate Rural Roads filed a lawsuit alleging the construction violates the National Environmental Policy Act.       • Former Indianapolis Colts player Peyton Manning is expected to announce his retirement from professional football today at a 1:00 p.m. press conference.
