Video of depositions regarding more possible overcharges from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles have now been released.
The video shows former BMV employee Matthew Foley testifying that he told many different superiors at the BMV about the overcharges.
Instead of working to correct the overcharges immediately, Foley says he was told they couldn‘t, because there would be layoffs to correct the millions of dollars in alleged overcharges.
This is the second round of lawsuits led by attorney Irwin Levin, alleging that the BMV owes Hoosiers millions of dollars in refunds.
Levin won a previous case against the BMV in which people paid too much for driver's licenses.
