Rail Security Still Lacking 10 Years After 9/11

Changes to air travel since 9/11 are evident. Passengers go through metal detectors, baggage is screened. But on Amtrak, the government-run rail system, no such procedures are in place, and officials believe such procedures are either unwarranted or impossible to implement.
