An account has been created at two banks that can be used if the public would like to donate to Driver's family. Donations can be made in person at Old National Bank, account ending in #2183 and First Financial Bank, account ending in #9231.
You can donate by mail to the Indiana Fallen Heroes Foundation, Inc. 1710 South 10th Street, Noblesville, IN. 46060. Indiana Fallen Heroes Foundation is a non-profit, 501 c-3.

Indiana State Police say driver of the vehicle that struck Deputy Driver's vehicle, 22-year-old Christopher Derr of Monticello, Illinois was not injured in the crash. He submitted a voluntary blood draw, the results of which are still pending.
Derr's 2006 GMC pickup truck was hauling a trailer at the time of the accident.
“The truck that was involved then came over the crest of that hill, saw all the traffic coming to a stop, tried to apply his breaks, but I think just force of the truck and the trailer and the load that was in it, pushed him into the southbound traffic," said ISP Sgt. Michael Wood.

The Monroe County Sheriff says one of the department's officers died Monday after getting into a two-vehicle crash while responding to a call.
It happened around 4 o’clock Monday afternoon on SR 45 North of Eller Road in Monroe County.
A preliminary investigation shows 38-year-old deputy James A. Driver, of Spencer was responding to a call and operating his police vehicle with emergency lights and sirens activated.
The Indiana State Police is continuing to investigate the crash.
Driver joined the Monroe County Sheriff's Office in June 2018. Driver leaves behind a wife, one daughter and two step children.
