Health officials in Indiana reported 495 new COVID-19 cases and 21 new deaths Tuesday.
The Indiana Department of Health’s latest numbers showed 13,090 total confirmed deaths and 736,480 positive cases since the pandemic began.
The seven-day positivity rate is 4.8% Tuesday, down from 4.9% Monday, and 814 Hoosiers are hospitalized with the virus.
The state has also administered more than 4.8 million vaccine doses, and more than 2.3 million Hoosiers are fully vaccinated.

In Monroe County, health officials reported seven new positive cases and no additional deaths. County officials have reported 11,964 cases and 172 deaths since the pandemic began.
Monroe County's seven-day positivity rate is 1.5%, and 25 people are hospitalized with the virus in Monroe County-area hospitals.
The county has conducted 547,762 tests for the virus.
