The future of Scott County’s syringe service program is up in the air. It’s credited with getting the county’s HIV epidemic under control. Advocates are boosting efforts to promote the program.

President Joe Biden boosted the refugee limit that was slashed under former President Trump. Indiana resettlement groups are eager to resume their work helping refugees, but first they have to rebuild their infrastructure and budgets.
