Indiana health officials are reporting 381 new and confirmed cases of COVID-19 and one additional deaths.
Overall, the state has reported nearly 740,564 confirmed COVID-19 infections and logged 13,137 deaths, according to the Indiana State Department of Health.
The 7-day all-test positivity rate was 4.8% Monday, and 751 Hoosiers were in the hospital.

In Monroe County, health officials said 30 residents were hospitalized due to the virus.
The health department also reported three new positive cases but no new deaths. The latest cases brought the total number of cases to 12,018. The county death toll is 172.
The 7-day all-test positivity rate for Monroe County was 3.6% up from 3.4% on Friday.
At the same time, more than 2.4 million people in Indiana have been fully vaccinated, including 3,505 since Sunday. That rate is down significantly since it peaked in April at more than 63,000 new vaccinations a day.

All residents age 12 and older are eligible for the shots. The Pfizer vaccine is the only vaccine anyone under age 18 can receive.
