Indiana health officials reported two new deaths connected to the COVID-19 outbreak and another 275 positive cases.
The latest data from the State Department of Health brought the overall death toll to 12,269 and the total positive case number to 747,083.
Health officials say the state has conducted over 10.5 million tests for the virus, including 11,254 newly reported ones.
There were 601 people hospitalized for the virus in Indiana as of Monday.

Monroe County reported eight new cases but no new deaths.
County health officials have reported 12,119 positive cases and 174 deaths since the pandemic began.
The county reported 136 new tests for the virus and 554,444 since the pandemic began. The seven-day all-test positivity rate was 2.6%.
There were 20 people hospitalized in Monroe County as of Monday.
The state did not update its online virus dashboard Sunday.
