The number of dead song birds is soaring across the state… and investigators are scrambling to figure out what’s causing it. Coming up the latest on the state’s investigation into the illness and why poultry farmers are now on high alert as well.

A host of new laws took effect this week and some others were put on hold while the courts consider whether they’re legal. A full rundown just ahead.
