Federal officials are opening two Disaster Loan Outreach Centers Friday for businesses and residents affected by the June storms.
The centers are scheduled to open Friday at 8 a.m. at the Monroe County Convention Center in Bloomington and the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce in Jefferson County.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Saturday, July 10 from noon until 5 p.m. The sites will close on Friday, July 16 at 5 p.m.
Businesses and nonprofits may borrow up to $2 million and loans of up to $200,000 are available to homeowners. Homeowners and renters may borrow up to $40,000 to repair or replace personal property.

U.S. Small Business Administration administrator Casillas Guzman said in a news release Wednesday the low-interest disaster loans were made available after Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb requested a disaster declaration.
“The SBA is strongly committed to providing the people of Indiana with the most effective and customer-focused response possible to assist businesses of all sizes, homeowners and renters with federal disaster loans,” Guzman said.
The disaster declaration covers Brown, Clark, Greene, Jackson, Jefferson, Jennings, Lawrence, Monroe, Morgan, Owen, Ripley, Scott, and Switzerland counties in Indiana.
The filing deadline for property damage is September 7, 2021.
