The Parks employee was asymptomatic and had no close contacts, the city reported in an emailed statement.
The City Hall and CBU employees took tests after experiencing symptoms, the statement said.
Only the CBU employee had close contacts, and they were contacted, according to the city. Two members of the public were also identified but could not be reached.
The city announced two positive tests in late March.
