Indiana fans will be able to purchase beer at men’s and women’s soccer games this season, the university announced Monday.
Indiana began selling beer at football games in 2019, then began offering it at baseball and softball games last year.
"The response to our addition of beer to our concessions options at various venues has been overwhelmingly positive, which makes this decision a logical next step as we continue to improve the game experience for our fans," IU athletic director Scott Dolson said in a news release.
Fans are required to provide a valid ID to purchase beer at the soccer stadium and will be limited to two beers per transaction. Alcohol sales will end with 20 minutes remaining in regulation.
