An emergency vet clinic is expected to open this spring in Bloomington which, like much of the state, has been without around-the-clock pet care. The lack of emergency care is also affecting the livestock industry.
The White House signaled it would end the COVID health emergency in May, but some are worried people have already dismissed the pandemic. Ending the emergency means Americans will have to start paying for tests and vaccines.
